1月11日，由俄罗斯圣彼得堡彼得大帝理工大学国际处处长萨塔尔基纳·叶夫格尼亚率领的代表团一行五人抵达西安工业大学，开始为期一天的交流访问。
上午，在西安工业大学重点实验室负责人刘卫国，材化学院院长坚增运，副院长陈卫星、郭永春，机电学院副院长王洪喜的讲解下，外宾分别参观了相关学院部分实验室，深入了解了我校科研方面的实力，为相关专业深度合作打下了良好的基础。随后，外宾参观了国际教育学院和智慧教室，饶有兴致地了解了我校办学的硬件基础和软件支持，高度赞赏了我校的现代化教学理念和环境。
在下午座谈会上，刘卜副校长首先对远道而来的俄罗斯代表团表示热烈欢迎，向外宾介绍了我校的基本情况，并简要回顾了两校的交流合作成果，表达了与俄方高校发展更深入的合作关系的愿望。圣理工国际处处长萨塔尔基纳对刘卜副校长的欢迎表示感谢，并表示同样期待发掘合作的机会，拓展交流的领域。双方交流讨论了2020年研究生赴圣理工短期交流计划、2020年夏令营项目方案，并就深度合作方案进行了重点探讨，在合作时间、模式等方面达成了广泛的共识。双方一致表示将进一步推动双方合作向更深入更广阔方向发展。教务处处长闫莉等、国际处相关人员参与了会谈。
圣彼得堡彼得大帝理工大学是享有良好声誉的世界知名大学（在《泰晤士高等教育世界大学排名》中位列俄罗斯高校第2名），是俄罗斯工科类高校排名居首的“国家级研究型大学”。2018年我校与圣理工建立合作关系，通过学生联合培养、教师讲学、领导访问、联合培养基地设立等活动，双方都取得了丰硕的合作成果；合作模式在陕西省高校中影响很大，起到了示范作用。

Delegation of Director of the Office of International Education, Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University Visited Our University
On January 11th, 2020, a delegation led by Satalkina Evgeniia, the director of the Office of International Education, Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, Russia, arrived at Xi'an Technological University to pay a one-day friendly visit for cooperative purposes.
In the morning, under the guide of Liu Weiguo, principal of Key Laboratories of Xi'an Technological University, Jian Zengyun, dean of School of Materials and Chemical Engineering, Chen Weixing, Guo Yongchun, assistant deans of School of Materials and Chemical Engineering, and Wang Hongxi, assistant dean of School of Mechatronic Engineering, the foreign guests visited some laboratories of the relevant schools respectively and deeply learned the strength of scientific research of our university, which laid a good foundation for in-depth cooperation of relevant areas. Later, the guests visited the School of International Education and the Smart Classroom. Having been clear about the hardware facilities and software supports provided by our university, they spoke highly of our modern teaching concepts and environment.
On the conference in this afternoon, our vice president Liu Bo extended a warm welcome to the Russian delegation, and then introduced the basic situation of our university to the foreign guests and briefly reviewed the exchange and cooperation achievements of the both sides, expressing the desire to develop a deeper cooperative relationship with St. Petersburg Polytechnic University. Satalkina Evgeniia, the director of the Office of International Education, Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, thanked the vice president Liu Bo for his welcome and said they also looked forward to exploring opportunities for cooperation and expanding areas of exchanges. Later, the two sides discussed the 2020 short-term exchange plan for graduates to St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, the 2020 summer camp, and focused on the in-depth cooperation programs, reaching a broad consensus on the cooperative time and modes. Both sides agreed to further push forward bilateral cooperation to a deeper and broader degree. Yan Li, director of the Teaching Affairs Department and other relevant personnel of the Department and the International Office attended the conference.
Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University is a world-famous university with a good reputation (ranked second in the Times Higher Education Ranking of Russian Universities), and is the top engineering university oriented to research in Russia. In 2018, our university established a cooperative relationship with St. Petersburg Polytechnic University. Through joint training of students, lectures by teachers, visits of leaders and establishment of joint training bases and other activities, both sides have achieved fruitful cooperation results. The cooperative mode has demonstration effects and great impacts on other universities in Shaanxi Province.
